Rosie's Rolling Grille specializes in corporate events, employee appreciation, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, late night snacks at weddings, birthday parties, as well as a limited number of public events and festivals.

Private Parties & Corporate Events

We will bring our food truck to your corporate party, private party, birthday party, graduation party or just lunch at your office.

You can select 3 entrees from our menu to offer at your event. For just $20 per person your guests can choose an entree. They will also receive sidewinder fries and a drink.

There is a $1500 minimum on Monday through Thursday events. $2000 minimum Friday through Sunday. You get the food truck for 2 hours. Additional hours are at $100 per hour.

Travel charge: We travel to anywhere in Stark County at no charge, Each county line we cross is $50

Where to find us

Casey's Concessions Owners

Casey & Ariana White are the hard working owners. Casey started the company in 2015. Casey & Ariana fell in love in 2019 and married in December of 2021 and now have two children.

Casey's Concessions LLC was formed in July of 2015. Casey started traveling Ohio county fairs and festivals with two novelty tents selling hats and light up novelty items. He then branched out into the food business. World of Subs was their first concession trailer. Expansion happened each year with numerous concession trailers. Casey's Cheesesteaks, Casey's Kabobs, Casey's Edible Cookie Dough, and Rosie's Nachos. Eventually they expanded the cookie dough business into the Belden Village Mall for some time. Casey's Snack Shack was the first food truck to serve Stark County and surrounding areas.

In fall of 2024 they purchased another food truck called Rosie’s Rolling Grille to take after the theme of Rosie’s Nachos. Rosies’s Rolling Grille is one of the largest food trucks in the state equipped with the top commercial kitchen equipment you can get. The new food truck can accommodate for hundreds of meals served in a short period of time.

Casey’s Concessions has been featured on national television and many news outlets. Here are a few: The Cooking Channel’s Carnivals Eats featuring Rosie’s Nachos on 4 episodes on seasons 10 & 11. The Palm Beach Post, Tampa Bay Times, CBS News, Fox News 13 Tampa, The Canton Repository, Massillon Independent, Tampa Magazine, Medina Gazette and many more.

Future plans: Casey & Ariana purchased a retired fire truck from Canal Fulton. The plans are to start "Engine 5 Food Truck" for Stark County and surrounding areas birthday parties. Expect to see Engine 5 Food Truck traveling Stark County in the near future.

Frequently asked questions?

We serve for two hours. This two hours is not included in the setup and tear down time. You get a full two hours of service. If you prefer longer, we have a $100 per hour additional fee.
Yes we provide our own water and quiet generator.
We can serve as many as you want. This truck is fully equipped for quick service for hundreds of people. If you have under 100 guest we suggest looking at our other food truck Casey’s Snack Shack.
Yes it can change. There are times we do multiple events a day and sometimes we may run out of a certain menu item for the most part the menu does not change from the time of booking.
You can select 3 entrees from our menu to offer at your event. For just $20 per person. Each guest will get 1 entree, sidewinder fries, and a 16oz beverage. You can also upgrade your drink options to a 32oz fountian drink, 32 oz fresh squeezed lemonade, or a 32oz float. If the host is paying for the event you can also pay for the appitizers and desserts or choose to have the guest pay if they want to order the extra items.
The truck is 36 foot from bumper to bumper. We serve off of the passenger side and the awnings open 5 foot beside the truck. Total space required is 40ft length X 15ft Width
For private events we require a 20% Deposit. The remaining amount is due at the end of the event by cash or card. Business checks are acceptable for businesses.
Depending on the event, we typically show up 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the start of your event. This does not count towards the 2 hour serving times
Stark County does not have a travel fee. Every county line we cross from Stark County does cost $50.
Monday-Thursday $1,500 in sales (Roughly 80 people) Friday-Sunday $2,000 in sales (Roughly 100 People)
